Full Planning & Design
This is our most popular service, ideal for couples who want help at the beginning of the planning process.
This service offers an enjoyable and seamless approach to planning your celebration, whether at a
private estate or an established venue.

Partial Planning
This service is best suited for couples who have secured their venue, but need recommendations
for the rest of their dream team. We will supply you with a carefully curated list of trusted professionals,
whom you will reach out to for pricing and availability. Once you have chosen your perfect vendors, we will review the contracts for you to ensure you are getting everything you need. We will create a wedding weekend timeline for you to help with the planning process and be available to you for any questions, concerns, or advice needed throughout the planning process.

• Vendor recommendations and review of contracts before signing
• Create a detailed and informative timeline/itinerary for the wedding day.
• Timeline distribution to all vendors at least two weeks before the wedding.
• Final vendor confirmations/follow-up approximately three weeks before the wedding.
• Rehearsal coordination and direction (up to two hours with additional hours available).
• Oversee and manage the wedding day installation
• On-site management of rental deliveries
• On-site wedding day management
• Manage vendors and day of timeline
Design
This is for the client who has everything planned to perfection and feels
comfortable with the coordination of their day, but needs help with the design elements.
We will help you select all the pretty things, like tents, tables, chairs,
florals, linens, and place settings. We will pull together carefully curated design elements
that will make your wedding uniquely yours.
On your wedding day, we will be there to ensure all the visuals are just what you envisioned.
It is best to book this at the beginning of your planning process.
Starts at $3,500.00
Micro-Weddings
If you are planning a more intimate affair with 75 guests or under,
any one of our packages can be available at a reduced investment.
We only take on a select few micro-weddings per season, but they are our favorite.
Please inquire for a custom proposal.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
This service is best suited for couples who have secured their venue and dream team,
all contracts have been signed, all design plans have been implemented,
and are in the last three months of planning and are finally looking to
relax and enjoy the planning process.
Our team is happy to step in and take over all vendor and event management
as your project manager/coordinator.
We make sure that all boxes have been checked, create all detailed timelines,
and execute your day as seamlessly and stress-free as intended.
We understand that your celebration is truly a production and on your day,
you should be able to enjoy every aspect and details with your guests.
